Introduction: Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)-dependent Cushing’s syndrome (CS) secondary to an ectopic source is an uncommon condition, accounting for 4-5% of all cases of CS and between 9-18% of cases of ACTH-dependent CS.
